brisbane!!!

I'm here!!! We got into Brisbane without any issues, aside from a super cramped car when we got picked up. I'm currently cruisin at Jon's house, he was nice enough to let me stay here. I'm not too sure when I'll be able to hit the surf, I think we might end up exploring Brisbane tomorrow. Apparently it's around 40 bucks for the round trip train tickets to the Gold Coast so it might be a bit much to go there everyday until we get to the backpackers on the coast. I'll probably head down Sunday when Jon's busy, I wanna check snapper/dbah/kirra out. I think there's a new bodyboard shop that just opened there too so i'll probably hit um up and see if they can point me in the direction of some slabs/wedges...I heard there's a sick bboard spot right off the rocks at snapper that has some craycray backwash so hopefully that'll go off ad I can get some gopro air footage. Until then, chutes!! Back to writing my aquaculture papers
